Aiming at increasing their living space considerably, our clients approached us looking for a layout and aesthetic proposal which is customised to their house, needs and preferences.
Given the clients’ passion for cooking, our proposal divides the large ground floor into 6 open zones and positions the eclectic kitchen at the heart of it all.
An impressive double height dining area, a formal living area and a play zone for future generations are surrounding the kitchen, and are complemented by a more relaxed tv area, and a discreetly hidden, though light-filled utility room.
Each area is given a different character, ranging from modern eclectic to almost classic, and the zones are seamlessly connected, though striving to balance each other out aesthetically.
Light colours and materials were preferred, and contrast with the dark chevron wood floor, while pastels introduce colour and dramatise the eclectic interior playfully.
